Her different endeavors have thrown her to different roles: chief operator officer, project manager, PR/communication specialist, DJ, event organizer, artist manager, and marketing mogul at labels has led her to develop expertise and constant curiosity about the ever-changing music business world. She believes passionately in an equal, fair, and transparent music market. Her company Main Character Agency, a music management and marketing company thrives to do things freshly and uniquely to put Estonia as a landmark on the world map with the overflowing local talent. Currently, she works with alternative music ethereal fairy Kitty Florentine, award-winning dream pop band Night Tapes and multi award-winning mixing/mastering engineer José Diogo Neves.
