Design thinking process explained
This is a video that tries to explain our take of the innovation process in more detail. It is basically a “Design thinking” method that uses tools from the field of interaction design and ethnographic research methods. This process always starts with a mapping of the needs, behaviors and dreams of the users/people involved in the process. This to find the big “WHY”..
This process is in no way carved in stone, but can serve as a baseline template for us to work with. It is open for critique and on going iteration.
So, what I say in this video, and everything else that we do or say sort of, is always up for discussion and review. This is an on going Co-creative process that serves to, amongst others, create an innovation program in the music business that creates ideas that can lead to real sustainable change.
That means that you can scrutinize both this process and ours and your own ways of working, how you can improve or change your own career or organisations in the areas that you find suitable, for example in the field of education, both digital and physical.
One thing is for sure: We are looking for a bit of disruption of our preset minds and of our work processes.
