Anna Aloka - UKRAINE - DJ, vocalist, and event organizer
Anna Aloka is a Kyiv-based DJ, vocalist, and event organizer. Her performances have graced prestigious venues such as Berlin's Katerblau and Klunkerkranich clubs, as well as notablefestivals including Bucht der Traumer and Zugvogel, DAS Fest, c/o POP Convention in Germany. Notably, she represented Ukrainian music at The International Charlemagne Prize in Aachen in 2023.
Back home, Anna is revered for her sets at festivals like WAVE Oasis, Vibronica, and Rychkovyi Rave, as well as her personally curated Nova Era & Muses events. Throughout her career, she has shared stages with acclaimed electronic acts like Monolink, Stereo MC’s, Rebolledo, Mira, Iorie, and many more. Anna's musical style seamlessly blends electronic beats with global folk influences, spanning from laid-back downtempo to energetic indie dance, house, and melodic techno. She also incorporates traditional Ukrainian singing into her performances, adding a unique cultural dimension. Righ now Anna is working on her very first own-produced EP. In addition to her musical endeavors, Anna is actively engaged in the global music scene, organizing events such as the Vedalife Yoga Festival, and Samskara Exhibition and managing artists in Kyiv since 2011. Her mixtapes were released on international labels like United We Rise, Serafin Audio Imprint, Downtempo Rituals, Cosmovision Records.
Beyond her musical talents, Anna's distinctive style and stage presence are also evident in her folk-inspired attire.
