All the BAIDIANS are coming to Malmö on the beginning of December! Full schedule will be up ASAP! But networking with our regional music people is at focus and we invite you to an open network meet with BAID participants and organisations. We will also learn about how the modern version of the “Silky road to China” might change its name to “The artists way to China”, etc so watch out for more info!

BALTIC ARTISTS IN DEVELOPMENT is Musikcentrum Syd's development project which we run together with actors and participants from Poland, Ukraine and Estonia. On 4/12 at: 15.30 a whole bunch of independent music industry people will come to REHAB KULTUR in Malmö and then it's time for you to come here and network. This time we invite actors in all genres, so if you are a musician/artist or other actor, who is active in the music industry, or if you are new and want to enter the music industry, then you are most welcome to sign up! You will be able to attend online as well!

Anna Aloka is a DJ, vocalist, and music manager from Kyiv, Ukraine. She's the one who mixes solid electronic beats with ethnic vibes from around the world. Her style varies from downtempo to indie dance, electronica, and afro house. She began diving into traditional Ukrainian singing techniques in 2023 and aims to bring it to the international electronic scene. Anna played her sets at the legendary Katerblau, Klunkerkranich in Berlin, and performed at Bucht der Traumer & Zugvogel festivals in Germany as well as numerous festivals in Ukraine.
Dara Vinarska is a co-founder of Music Community “Porichka”, cultural manager, QA engineer in IT.
Emeli Ek is a drummer, percussionist and composer. Currently based in Malmö in the south of Sweden. She plays and composes music mainly in free jazz or country/americana. Her main bands now is the freeform-inmotion-jazz duo Medi, her free jazz quintet Ormbunken, Throwback Tribute - a project that pays tribute to music from the past, and the country/americana band The Bandettes. She is also playing her solo project on drums and percussion, which is a mix of free improvisation and movement.
Kanu Kanu is a Gdańsk-based record label, management and booking agency, home of many influential alternative Polish artists from the circle of ambient, drone, free jazz, modern classical, psychedelic folk, and dub-techno. Since 2009, Kanu Kanu has been releasing vinyl, CDs, tapes and digital releases with minimalistic music from artists such as Bartosz Kruczyński, Olga Markowska, Hinode Tapes, Michał Wolski, Daniel Szlajnda, Pruski, YAC or Echo_TM. Kanu Kanu’s booking and management catalogue include Nanook of the North, JANKA, Hatti Vatti (live band), Piotr Kaliński (solo) and Hinode Tapes.
Welcome to the world of Anders Hallberg and Nepal Death, where music transcends boundaries and storytelling takes center stage. As the frontman and lead singer, I am the guiding force behind this Swedish musical collective. In Nepal Death, we don't just create music. Our goal is to craft immersive experiences that blend psychedelic sounds with theatrical live performances, visual art, and narrative-driven rock videos. Our journey is inspired by the tale of a magical 1972 VW bus voyage along The Hippie Trail, weaving together themes of love, mysticism, and the enigmatic presence of death goddess Kali Ma.
Rainer Ild is an anti-pop artist who stands out with his vocal effects, songwriting and artistic live performances. On stage, he swaps between instruments, hangs from the ceiling or finds an absurd place to jump off from. After winning the biggest national youth band contest Noortebänd, Rainer Ild released his debut album Longero & Cheap Chips.
Involved in the development of the Polish folk music scene since 2009. Contributor of Songlines Magazine (UK) and Jazz Forum (PL). Musician/manager of the Polish-Belarusian band Hajda Banda / Гайда Банда. Expert on the traditional village drums of Poland. Representing Hańba! - hardcore punk from 1930s Poland. Experienced delegate on different music trade fairs and conferences.
Kylie Jenner works hard, but Britt works harder. Britt Randma (also known as Britiimpeerium) can be a one-woman show or a team player. Her different endeavors have thrown her to different roles: chief operator officer, project manager, PR/communication specialist, DJ, event organizer, artist manager, and marketing mogul at labels has led her to develop expertise and constant curiosity about the ever-changing music business world.
Mariia Yaremak is a Ukrainian composer and arranger who has participated in numerous projects around the world. Over the past year, she has co-organised/participated in about 40 events, including a performance at the Royal Evening in the UK and one of the UN-related events in the US.

Tanya Korenika, a native of Latvia, has made Estonia her professional and academic hub for several years. As the founder and operator of UCE Agency, she has ardently promoted alternative music, with an emphasis on metal. Her expertise extends to event production, tour booking, and artist management, particularly for local alternative musicians.
Tanya is also giving talks, workshops on , inclusion, amplifying voices allyship in the music business and how to tour in the Baltic sea area.
